The place was wonderful and restaurant was modest. Efficient and always polite staff suggested restaurants. The room was impeccably clean with tatami bed plus awesome view and a water heater, had the best night sleep. I liked the fabulous food they offered.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with a quaint exterior, resembling a charming European building. The staff offered a generous 10% discount at the souvenir store, which was a nice touch. The room had both beds and tatami, giving me the option to choose my preferred sleeping arrangement. Although there was no wifi in the room, I didn't mind as it encouraged me to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings.

Great location for skiing, with ski in ski out access and powder snow in the forests. Nice onsen facilities.
Limited food options, with no variety in the menus. The staff were not particularly helpful or accommodating.

Located in the heart of a bustling ski area, this hotel provided direct access to the mountain. The clean and spacious room with tatami area had an impressive mountain view. The staff was friendly, and the cafe served good food, albeit crowded. The ski-in and out premises made the skiing experience comfortable.
The dinner buffet was subpar and could not compare to the Japanese or French tasting menu offered .

The location was perfect for skiing and the ski, in/ski, out option was fantastic. the onsen was also a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. the buffet breakfast and dinner options were delicious and provided a good variety of food options.
The hotel was in an isolated location and there were no nearby bars or cafes. the shuttle bus service was cash, only and it left a bit late.
